En el marco del concurso preventivo más significativo de la historia del mercado inmobiliario argentino, Marval O'Farrell Mairal asesoró a Carrefour. El asesoramiento brindado para la reestructuración de la deuda de Ribera Desarrollos S. A. consistió en la verificación de numerosos créditos vinculados a desarrollos urbanísticos inconclusos.
La firma también asistió a Carrefour en la negociación y signatura de un acuerdo transaccional que acordó el reconocimiento a su favor de créditos litigiosos. Asimismo, la importante cadena de supermercados recibió asesoramiento en la reconfiguración de sectores del exclusivo complejo urbanístico Al Río, la subdivisión de unidades funcionales, la estructuración de compensaciones económicas-financieras con motivo de la construcción de una nueva torre de 55 000 metros cuadrados y la asignación a la empresa de más de 400 de cocheras que deberán construirse en el complejo.

Marval O'Farrell Mairal advised Carrefour on the debt restructuring of Ribera Desarrollos S.A
Within the framework of the most significant preventive contest in the history of the Argentine real estate market, Marval O'Farrell Mairal advised Carrefour. The advice for the debt restructuring of Ribera Desarrollos S.A consisted in the filing of proof of numerous claims linked to unfinished urban developments.
Legal advice to the major supermarket chain also included assistance on the negotiation and execution of a settlement agreement that acknowledged litigious credits in its favor. In addition, the firm advised Carrefour on the reconfiguration of sectors in the exclusive urban complex Al Río, the subdivision of functional units, the structuring of economic-financial compensation for the construction of a new 55,000 square meter tower and the assignment of more than 400 parking spaces for the company, that are to be built inside the complex.
